PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Parents

Hope you all are healthy and well.

It is very hard time to every individual and for the country due to COVID-19 being pandemic.

Education is the major concern for parents, teachers and society. 

Our school and the teachers understand well the need to shape your child and ensure physical, mental, emotional and social fitness along with balanced development of Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor domains of your child.

Above all, need of the hour is to engage students actively in constructive and creative learning activities so that the moral of the students is high and they are free from the fears of CORONA COVID-19.

The teachers are  organising online classes up to their best capacity. We have a mixed group of teachers from new recruits to retiring ones but all the teachers are very enthusiastic and learning use of the apps and online mode of teaching. Believe it, most of those are doing it first time. They are working for hours to take a class online along with preparing results and sending all the official replies online also.

I urge all the parents to appreciate the hard work and useful efforts of the teachers rather than to find fault in the app, audio-video,  connectivity problems and security issues.

Kindly try to understand that the teachers are the teaching professionals and they are not software engineers or cyber experts. Our teachers are equally vulnerable to cyber risks. A teacher is using a app in with he/she is used to and feels safe. So we can't demand to force the use a  single app by all the teachers.

Kindly motivate your child to take online classes so that the hard work of the teachers is rewarded and the student is benefited.

उम्मीद है आप सभी सपरिवार स्वस्थ एवं भली-भांति  होंगे। कोरोना कोविड 19 महामारी के चलते प्रत्येक व्यक्ति तथा देश के लिए कठिन समय है परंतु यह अवश्य ही बीत जाएगा।

बालकों की शिक्षा अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों एवं समाज के लिए सोच का एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है।

हमारा विद्यालय तथा समस्त शिक्षक आपके बालक के भविष्य निर्माण के लिए उनके शारीरिक, मानसिक, संवेगात्मक एवं सामाजिक आवेगो के संतुलन  के साथ-साथ बालक के ज्ञानात्मक, भावात्मक एवं  मनोक्रियात्मक  शिक्षण पक्षों के विकास का उत्तरदायित्व भली-भांति समझते हैं।

आज की परिस्थितियों में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि विद्यार्थियों को रचनात्मक एवं सृजनात्मक अधिगम कार्यों की तरफ प्रेरित कर उनके मन मस्तिष्क से कोरोना (COVID-19) महामारी का डर दूर कर उनके मनोबल को बनाए  रखा जाए। 

समस्त शिक्षक अपनी संपूर्ण क्षमताओं से ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं का आयोजन कर रहे हैं। हमारे पास नए भर्ती शिक्षकों से लेकर रिटायर होने जा रहे शिक्षकों तक का एक मिश्रित समूह है परंतु सभी शिक्षक ऑनलाइन पढ़ाने के लिए तकनीकी तथा नए ऐप का प्रयोग सीखने  के लिए अति उत्साहित हैं।महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि  अधिकतर  शिक्षक यह कार्य प्रथम बार कर रहे हैं। हमारे सभी शिक्षक  विद्यार्थियों के परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार करने,  सरकारी  पत्रों के प्रत्युत्तर देने के साथ-साथ घंटों तैयारी कर  ऑनलाइन कक्षा ले रहे हैं। 

अतः अभिभावकों से मेरा आग्रह है कि ऑडियो-वीडियो, कनेक्टिविटी की समस्या, या सुरक्षा कारणों के कारण ऑनलाइन शिक्षण में कमी निकालने की बजाए शिक्षकों द्वारा किए जा रहे हैं कठिन परिश्रम एवं लाभदायक प्रयासों की सराहना करें। कृपया एक बात समझने की कोशिश करें कि हमारे शिक्षक तो शिक्षण प्रक्रिया में निष्णात हैं तथा वे ना तो सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर हैं ना ही साइबर एक्सपर्ट। हमारे शिक्षक स्वयं भी साइबर खतरों की चपेट में आ सकते हैं।

ऑनलाइन शिक्षण के लिए उस प्लेटफार्म या ऐप का प्रयोग करता है जिसमें वह कार्य करने में आसानी महसूस करें तथा सुरक्षित समझे। अतः ऐसे में सभी शिक्षक एक ऐप से ही ऑनलाइन पढ़ा पाएं ऐसी मांग करना जायज नहीं है।

कृपया अपने बालक को शिक्षक द्वारा ली जाने वाली ऑनलाइन कक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए प्रेरित करें, यही  शिक्षकों के कठिन परिश्रम का पुरस्कार होगा और विद्यार्थी का हित भी सुनिश्चित होगा।  

साथ ही बालकों को  घर के अंदर ही  शारीरिक व्यायाम  अवश्य कराएं तथा पोष्टिक खान-पान का भी ध्यान रखें  जिससे इनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बनी रहे।
